The Prodigal God
Recovering the Heart of the Christian Faith
Author: Timothy Keller
Lead by: Pastor Randy Mitchell

This short book is meant to lay outh the essentials
of the Christian message, the gospel. It can, therefore,
seve as an introduction to the Christian faith for those
who are unfamiliar with its teachings or who have been
away from them for some time.
This volume is not just for seekers, however. Many
lifelong Christian believers feel the understand the basics of
the Christian faith quite well and  don't think they need a primer.
Nevertheless, one of the signs that may not grasp the unique,
radical nature of the gospel is that you are certain that you
do. Sometimes longlife church members find themselves so
struck and turned around by a fresh apprehension of the
Christian message that they feel themselves to have been
esstenially "re-converted." This book, the, is written to
both curious outsiders and established insiders of faith, both
to those Jesus calls "younger brothers" and those he calls
"elder brothers" in the famous Parable of the Prodigal Son.
The Grace Awakening
Believing In Grace Is One Thing.
Living It Is Another.
Author: Charles R. Swindoll
Lead by: Pastor Marion Hunderdosse

The human heart cries out ot be free.

Everything within us fights against the bondage of
tyranny and oppression. Our souls were not made to live
in cages of fear that restricts us from the joys of liberty.
Once we get a taste of such relief, our appetite for more
becomed consuming. This is true for those who live behind
the Iron Curtain in Eastern Europe or under the fanatical
rules and regulations of the Taliban in Afghanistan or
benath the brutal dictatorship od Saddam Hussein's
torturous reime in Iraq. And it is every bit as true for
God's people who have existed too long in the suffocating
grip of legalistic demands and expectations. Long enough
have those who wish to control and intinaidate others in
the body of Christ been allowed to do so.

The Book of Revelation
Lead by: Pastor Earl Mitchell

The purpose of the Book of Revelation and the study of prophecy is to describe the triumph of God's Kingdom.
It is a presentation of VICTORY.
History will end in the judgment of Satan's system, and the eternal sovereign reign of Christ and His people, with a new heaven and a new earth.
There is a blessing for studying the Book of Revelation:

Revelation 1:3    KJV
" Blessed is he that readth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand."
